Can West Palm Beach keep 'tent site' in wake of Digital Domain bankruptcy?

Sept. 29. 2012 - Palm Beach Post - Does the city of West Palm Beach have a chance to recoup the “tent site” land from Digital Domain Media Group.

Bankruptcy lawyer Linda Worton Jackson believes the bankruptcy judge is not likely to grant West Palm Beach’s request.

“This is a substantial asset of the estate and the Court will not let it go so quickly,” said Worton Jackson, of Salazar and Jackson in Miami. She also noted that since the city relies largely on an argument that Digital Domain won’t be able to fulfill its obligations, the judge is likely to give Digital Domain a chance.
