Luis Salazar Co-Chairs Diverse Lawyers Trial Academy

Salazar Law Firm is pleased to announce that firm founder Luis Salazar is co-chair of the ABA Litigation Section Diverse Lawyers Trial Academy (DTLA), an intensive training program intended to assist diverse trial lawyers be considered for first chair roles. DTLA will be held May 18-19, 2023, at Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia.
The ABA Litigation Section, in conjunction with Temple University Beasley School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program, offers DTLA to provide trial advocacy training in skills development, including direct and cross-examination of fact and expert witnesses and opening and closing arguments.
“We are so pleased to offer attorneys of color and women a powerful trial advocacy program with a sharp focus on increasing courtroom skills to advance their opportunities for first chair assignments,” said Salazar.
Temple Law Trial Advocacy Program faculty, as well as judges, trial attorneys and in-house counsel, provide a maximum of 24 participants with interactive sessions and lectures on how to become a more effective advocate.
