National Litho plans sale in Chapter 11

July 25, 2012 - The Deal Pipeline - Printing company National Litho LLC has won use of a prepetition factoring agreement and will soon print motions for additional financing and a sale.

At a Tuesday, July 24 hearing, Judge Laurel Isicoff of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida in Miami grranted the debtor permission to maintain the factoring agreement with ExpoCredit, according to the debtor counsel Linda Jackson of Salazar Jackson LLP.
