S&P Global Interviews Luis Salazar on SEC Scrutiny of Bank CRE Portfolios

The SEC’s attention on U.S. banks with commercial real estate concentrations is increasing, reports S&P Global, which is believed to be on behalf of investors. Luis Salazar commented that banks should disclose certain aspects of their CRE for investors.
“It's got to be expressed so that investors can understand what they're getting into or what they're staying with if they continue with the investments," Salazar said.
