As reported by several South Florida media outlets today, Miami Jai-Alai is seeking to get court approval to reject the Silvermark contract and obtain new funding. According to Luis Salazar, “While the company is assessing those opportunities, its primary path is a reorganization that restructures the ABC loan and pays creditors in full.”
