South Florida Business Journal: Palm Beach Polo to bid on former Versace Mansion

Palm Beach Polo and Country Club is lining up to bid on the former Versace mansion in South Beach.
The company, headed by Glen Straub, filed a formal appearance Friday morning in the bankruptcy case of the mansion’s owner, Casa Casuarina LLC.
Palm Beach Polo becomes the second known bidder in the auction, set for Tuesday. A stalking horse bid of $25 million will open the auction from a company owned by the Nakash family of Jordache Jeans fame.
